NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING TO ESTABLISH A
“SUBORDINATE SERVICE DISTRICT”
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that the Board of Supervisors of Eckles Township will conduct a public hearing to consider the establishment of a Subordinate Service District within an area graphically depicted on attached Exhibit A to help facilitate construction and financing for the improvement of Whistler Drive N.W., Wild View Drive N.W., Woodcrest Drive N.W., Winding Drive N.W., and Whisper Lane N.W. for all of the benefited residents pursuant to Minnesota Statutes Chapter 365A.
The public hearing will be held at 7:00 p.m. on the 30th day of June 2026 at the at the Eckles Community Center, 9735 Cardinal Road NW, Bemidji, Minnesota 56601. Such persons as desire to be heard with reference to the proposed Subordinate Service District will be heard at this meeting.
